PhD in Electrical Engineering, and is staff researcher at the Ultimate Silicon Devices group at Tyndall-UCC. She received the PhD degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and gained experience in semiconductor devices fabrication at Alcatel and at IMEC (Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre, Belgium)
