He has made great efforts for the amelioration of the building and environment legislation (General Building Regulations, Building Heights). He established the Office I. VIKELAS & Partners Architects and he has been the main member of the co partnership METRON LTD I.Skroubelos - J.Vikelas -C. Skroubelos & Partner Architects since 1980." ],
