  "biographicalOrHistoricalInformation" : [ "Claudio Oleari was born in Albenga (Italy) on the 24th of October 1944. He became “Dottore in Fisica” at Padua University in 1969 with full marks. He was worthy of CNEN and CNR postgraduate scholarships (CNEN, today INFN, and CNR are Italian public institutions for research). His academic career and didactics at Parma University (Italy) started as “Professore incaricato” of Quantum Chemistry from 1973 to 1982; and in 1981 he became qualified Associated Professor in Theoretical Physics. Today he regularly teaches at Parma University. Since 2006 he has been teaching “Colorimetry” in the postgraduate master’s degree in the Engineering of coating systems (PROCOAT) of the Torino Polytechnic, faculty of Alessandria (Italy). He is Invited Professor in the “Escuela de doctorado en física y matemáticas” (FisyMat) at Granada University (Spain), where in 2005, 2007 and 2009 he taught “Ciencia y Tecnología del Color”. He is also a member of many technical Committees of the “Commission International de l’Éclarage” (CIE)." ],
