Die Kölner Betriebsstätte übernahm die logistischen Aufgaben, die kaufmännische Betreuung übernahm die Düsseldorfer Verwaltung. Aus dieser Betriebsgemeinschaft ging im Mai 1967 die Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt AG hervor." ],
