Gemeinsam mit Partnern an französischen Gedenkstätten wie der Gedenkstätte am ehemaligen Konzentrationslager Natzweiler-Struthof und dem Centre Européen du Résistant Déporté (CERD) strebt der Verein eine grenzübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in der historisch- politischen Bildung, in der Zusammenführung von Forschungsergebnissen und in einer medial zeitgemäßen Öffentlichkeitsarbeit an. Ziel des Vereins ist es, die historische Dimension des KZ-Komplexes Natzweiler zu verdeutlichen. Zugleich setzen sich die Gedenkstätten im Verbund mit ihrer Bildungsarbeit für Menschenrechte, für Rechtsstaatlichkeit und gegen alle Formen gruppenbezogener Menschenfeindlichkeit ein" ],
