Raja Mikael Mitrahas served with the World Bank in Washington DC for twenty years. Recent assignments include, among others, work on high-tech industry, human talent and higher education, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital and knowledge economy transformation, infrastructure development, urbanisation and smart cities, in Asia and globally. He graduated from the University of Stockholm and Harvard University.
