Dr Florence is  the  author  of  a  number  of  scientific  publications  in  the  field  of migration in Europe and China. He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Liege as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Political sciences and International Relations from Catholic University of Louvain and is a graduate in Chinese Studies, National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilisations (INALCO)" ],
