Genauere Angaben zu Kaufmanns Sammlungen wie auch zum Entzug seines übrigen Eigentums gibt es aufgrund der Aktenlage nicht. Möglicherweise wurde der größere Teil von Kaufmanns Eigentum von einer Wohlfahrtsstelle verwertet und die Autografensammlung aufgrund des höheren Gewinns durch das Antiquariat Hellmut Meyer und Ernst veräußert", "Ehefrau: Anna, geb.
