Daraufhin war Osiel Gouneo für drei Jahre beim Norwegischen Nationalballett engagiert und tanzt seit der Spielzeit 2016/2017 als Erster Solist an der Spitze des Bayerischen Staatsballetts. Im Lauf seiner Karriere war er bereits an großen, internationalen Häusern zu Gast, dazu zählen das Londoner Coliseum, das Bolschoi Theater Moskau, das Lincoln Center in New York, die Pariser Oper sowie das Nationaltheater Japan in Tokio. Neben seinen Auftritten beim Bayerischen Staatsballett ist Osiel Gouneo auch als Gast-Principal beim English National Ballet, dem Royal Danish Ballet und zahlreichen Tanzfestivals und Galas zu sehen." ],
