Im Ersten Weltkrieg war sie zur Freiwilligen Krankenpflege einberufen. Am 13. Januar 1927 heiratete sie in Berlin den Schlosser Alexander Claas (*26.9.1869). Zu Beginn der 1930er Jahre ging das Ehepaar in die UdSSR. 1931 arbeitete sie als Operationsschwester in Wladiwostok und nach dem Tode ihres Mannes am 19. Juni 1934 auf der Krim von September 1934 bis Januar 1935 als chirurgische Schwester in Jaroslaw. 1935 kehrte sie nach Berlin zurück. Seit 1939 wohnte sie im Gertraudtenstift und verstarb um 1947 als Insassin der Hollmann-Amalienstiftung am Koppenplatz 11." ],
